We provide various levels of service:
1) DIY - Do It Yourself
Flat fee: $150*
We will sit with you and your fiancé for up to 2 hours for one flat fee and provide brainstorming, consultation and directions as well as ideas, worksheets and timelines—you coordinate the wedding.
*This amount can be applied to any of our services below excluding travel planning.
2) Ala Carte/ Pre-Event Planning
Fee: $75 / hour-- 8 hour minimum
v Brainstorming/consultation of theme and décor, menu and all event elements
v Ongoing communication with client via phone, email and meetings
v Contacting of all vendor
v Consultation and assisting in decision of vendors
v Helping with all event details and arrangements
v Available to accommodate the needs of client as they arise
3) DOC - Day of Coordination Fee: $575 -$1000 (Pricing depends upon venue and service required)
v Oversight & coordination of vendors
v Oversight & coordination of decorations and attention to all detail
v Assistance before/during/after ceremony
v Oversight during the reception to ensure that the overall event runs according to timeline and plan
v Available for any needs throughout the day to tend to any/all details
v Clean up all decorations/ personal items, etc after the event is over
Any preplanning services are done on a per hour basis (see Ala Carte #2)
4) Full Service Fee: $4,500-6,000 (pricing depends upon size of wedding and location)
v From creation to cleanup we will oversee your entire event
v Unlimited consultation hours including phone calls (during between hours of 9 am-5 pm)
v Email anytime—not including face-to-face meetings.
v All checklists, timelines, planning and design to fit your budget and preference
v Help create the wedding day of your dreams by offering vision, tips, vendor connections,
v accommodations for out-of-town guests, as well as honeymoon and travel needs*
v Work with you to create a wedding that reflects your personality and preferences
v Ongoing communication with all vendors--contracts, deposits, coordination and final payments
v Provide any and all services requested and agreed upon by contract
This includes all wedding day services listed above—rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
6) Travel Planning Services
• Assistance with any travel plans for out-of-town guests and/or honeymoon
• Access to Honeymoon registry at http://www.ytbromance.com/mmet
• Booking of flights/rooms/cars/local event tickets/etc
• Your guests can book their own at http://milestonestravel.net
With any of our services, our goal is to offer affordable elegance so that your wedding will be as memorable and as stress-free as possible. And as you can see, we try to accommodate your preferences and budget.
